In 2024, Above & Beyond Home Health & Hospice Care proudly celebrated 20 years of serving East Iowa communities with compassionate, high-quality care. Since its founding in 2004 in Monticello, we have remained committed to our mission of supporting patients and families with dignity, respect and kindness.

Above & Beyond was founded by two dedicated nurses, Dianne Pedrin and Becky Cooper, whose vision was to bring personalized home health and hospice care to the community they love. Today, the agency continues to be led by remarkable women, staying true to the values that inspired its beginnings.
